The Mai Tai is one of the most famous tiki drinks. Its alcohol-free version, the Virgin Mai Tai, keeps the tropical character: orange and pineapple juice, lime and a hint of almond, with a red layer on top like a sunset. Salman orange juice and Salman pineapple juice make the base of this colourful drink.

Why Salman juice works well in mocktails
Salman fruit drinks are non-carbonated, contain 25% juice and have a steady, balanced taste from bottle to bottle, so a recipe tastes the same every time you make it. The 800 ml glass bottle is a practical size for parties: one bottle is enough for about five to six glasses.
