Ingredients (1 jug, about 6 glasses)
- 600 ml Salman pomegranate juice
- 200 ml Salman orange juice
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 300 ml soda water
- Ice cubes
How to make it
- Put the sliced orange, apple, lemon and cinnamon stick into a large jug.
- Pour in the pomegranate and orange juice.
- Stir and refrigerate for at least two hours so the fruit flavours the juice.
- Just before serving, add ice and soda water.
- Pour into glasses with some of the fruit in each glass.

- Leaving it overnight in the fridge gives a richer taste.
- Add a handful of berries or grapes for more colour.
