The pomegranate mojito is one of the most attractive versions of the virgin mojito. Its deep red colour, the freshness of mint and the gentle sourness of pomegranate make it a favourite for autumn gatherings, Yalda night and any celebration. Salman pomegranate juice gives the drink a rich colour and a balanced sweet-and-sour taste.

Why Salman juice works well in mocktails
Salman fruit drinks are non-carbonated, contain 25% juice and have a steady, balanced taste from bottle to bottle, so a recipe tastes the same every time you make it. The 800 ml glass bottle is a practical size for parties: one bottle is enough for about five to six glasses.
Frequently asked questions
Does a pomegranate mojito need sugar?
Usually not; the juice is already sweet. Add sugar only if you like a sweeter drink.
Can I prepare it in advance?
Mix the juice, lime and mint up to two hours ahead and keep it in the fridge; add ice and soda just before serving.
